Installation and Care

Diagnose the turbo and actuator fault before replacement. A boost-code or low-power complaint does not by itself prove actuator failure.
Disconnect the battery as required by the vehicle service procedure. Inspect the plug, wiring and connector seals before installation.
Install the correct plug-style actuator with the supplied seals and hardware. Do not force the connector or mounting points.
Complete any required actuator calibration with a compatible diagnostic tool before road testing.
