S400SX4 S480 80mm Billet Turbocharger T6 Twin Scroll 1.32 A/R

The S400SX4 S480 with 1.32 A/R T6 turbine housing is the maximum-flow configuration in the S480 lineup. This BorgWarner AirWerks turbo features the same 80mm/117.5mm Extended Tip billet compressor as the T4 variants, but with a larger T6 divided twin-scroll turbine inlet and 1.32 A/R for unrestricted exhaust flow at peak power. This is the configuration for pure drag racing, sled pulling, and builds targeting 800-1250 HP where top-end power matters more than spool speed. Built new, dynamically balanced. We supply performance shops, builders, and distributors.

FAQ

The T6 inlet is physically larger than T4, and the 1.32 A/R is the widest ratio available. This combination allows maximum exhaust flow for peak top-end power (800-1250 HP) but spools slower than the T4 1.10 or 1.25 options.

Universal performance turbo for Cummins, Detroit, Duramax, Power Stroke, and other high-HP builds. Commonly used as the atmospheric charger in compound turbo setups or as a large single.

S480 1.32 A/R T6: Maximum Exhaust Flow

The 1.32 A/R T6 housing is the largest option for the S480. The T6 inlet provides a physically larger exhaust entry than the T4 on the 1.10 A/R and 1.25 A/R variants, and the 1.32 A/R ratio allows the most exhaust gas to flow through the turbine at peak power. The trade-off is slower spool compared to the tighter T4 housings.
