Installation and Care
- Find out why the old turbo failed before rebuilding it. Oil starvation or contaminated oil will damage the repaired unit the same way.
- Change the engine oil and filter. Flush or replace the oil feed line.
- Confirm the 24V configuration and mark the nozzle ring and vane orientation before disassembly.
- Clean the nozzle-ring seat and check the vanes for free movement. Follow the service procedure for assembly and balancing.
